Role Overview
Lead the future of IT project delivery at Donaldson, shaping how technology projects are prioritized, governed, and delivered across the business. Manage and develop a high‑performing team of Project and Program Managers. Influence enterprise‑wide technology initiatives and partner directly with senior IT leadership.
What You Will DoLead the IT PMO, setting project management standards, governance, and delivery frameworks. Manage the IT project portfolio, resource planning, and delivery quality across global initiatives. Develop and coach a team of Project and Program Managers.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
- 5+ years leading complex, global technology projects
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- PMP certification
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies (PMI PMBOK, Scrum, PRINCE2)
