Responsibilities
- Manages projects of moderate complexity
- Works with a high degree of independence to plan, execute, and deliver projects
- Applies project management methodologies to guide project execution
- Partners with business and technical stakeholders to define project objectives
- Leads cross-functional project teams
- Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships
- Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks
- Monitors project performance and takes corrective action as needed
- Supports organizational change management efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or a related field
- 2+ years of project management or project leadership experience OR Associates degree and 4+ years of progressive project support and/or project leadership experience in Information Services, Business, or Healthcare
- Experience in healthcare IT, including clinical and business applications, EMR/EHR, or infrastructure initiatives
- PMI PMP/PMI CAPM certifications or other relevant advanced project management education
