We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Recruiting and HCM to support a large-scale HR technology optimization initiative within a leading enterprise organization.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day functional support for Workday Recruiting while serving as a key contributor to a broader Workday transformation effort focused on improving processes, user experience, system effectiveness, and overall recruiting operations. You will collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Technology teams, and external consulting partners to evaluate the current environment, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape future‑state solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Workday professional who enjoys both system configuration and strategic problem solving. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, can effectively engage stakeholders, and is comfortable influencing decisions and recommending improvements that drive meaningful business outcomes.

• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Recruiting
  , including configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, testing, release management, and system enhancements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting within a large-scale HR technology optimization initiative.
• Assess existing recruiting processes, business workflows, and system configurations to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and better user experiences.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Technology, IT teams, and external consulting partners to understand business needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Participate in discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document current‑state processes, pain points, future‑state recommendations, and system decisions.
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined enhancements, configuration changes, and prioritized backlog items.
• Support Workday business process configuration and optimization efforts across recruiting‑related functions.
• Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
