Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and client-focused individual to join a growing team. In this role you will manage smaller‑scale accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support for valued clients while fostering a collaborative and flexible work environment.

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually + bonus opportunities

• Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements using EZLynx and AMS
  360 software
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and communication
• Collaborate with team members to share ideas and improve processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide the best service possible

• Licensure:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  
  1‑2 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred; experience with commercial lines is a plus
• Software Proficiency:
  Familiarity with EZLynx and AMS
  360 is highly desirable
