Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of a reinsurance contract for your assigned accounts
- Draft the contract language to reflect the intent of the reinsurance negotiations
- Build relationships with reinsurance brokers and clients
- Provide reinsurance contract analysis either independently or in collaboration with the Global Contract Consultant team
- Support the development of our team for future success
- Lead and/or collaborate with colleagues to complete projects on behalf of the Contracts Team
- 2+ years of reinsurance experience
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in a relevant field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
