Senior Contracts Manager

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, procurement, legal, privacy, information security, and executive stakeholders
• Advise Sales, Consulting Services, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders on contract structure, obligations, risks, fallback positions, and negotiation strategy
• Support the contract lifecycle from intake and initial review through execution, implementation, renewal, amendment, and closeout
• Identify, assess, document, and

• Prepare contract summaries, approval materials, and risk assessments
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries, negotiation guidance, and contracting processes
• Manage legal intake, coordinate stakeholder input, and support assignment and prioritization of contracting matters
• Improve contracting operations, reduce cycle times, increase data quality, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
• Extract and maintain key obligations, renewal dates, and other contract data
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and informal training to other contracts professionals as appropriate
• Work independently within approved contracting guidelines and

• Demonstrated expertise negotiating SaaS, cloud services, software licensing, professional services, data processing, confidentiality, and other technology-related agreements
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles, contract lifecycle management, legal terminology, and risk-based decision-making
• Ability to balance legal and business considerations, exercise sound judgment, and resolve complex issues within established policies and escalation guidelines
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, attorneys, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage substantial workload, prioritize competing demands, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
• Five or more years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, legal operations, or a related field
• Two or more years of experience supporting technology, software, SaaS, cloud, or professional services agreements
• Demonstrated experience independently negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements, including enterprise customer agreements
• Experience partnering with Sales or other commercial organizations in a high-volume contracting environment
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, contract automation tools, or legal operations platforms preferred
• Experience with Agiloft or similar systems is a plus
• Contract management, paralegal, or legal/commercial certification such as NCMA, CPCM, or CCCM preferred

Demonstrates expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements, particularly in SaaS, cloud services, and software licensing. Proficient in contract lifecycle management, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance contracting operations.
