As an Associate Attorney in our growing Pre Litigation Time-Limited Demand group, you will handle fast-moving pre-suit settlements at scale, focusing on time-limited demands, proactive tenders, and global settlements. Instead of juggling depositions and trial prep, you’ll analyze cases, assess risk, and craft strategic demand responses—playing a direct role in protecting clients while keeping cases moving. You will have the best of both worlds: the ability to practice law, negotiate settlements, and make real decisions that impact high-value claims—without having to set foot in a courtroom.
You will also assist clients in proactive settlements, working on global resolution of cases, assisting with minor settlements and advising clients on risk.
