- Design supply chain solutions in production planning, inventory management, and material/information flow
- Implement supply chain solutions across the extended value stream
- Lead strategic capacity planning for division assets
- Support S&OP Supply Review and Master Schedule Review processes
- Support production planning across key assets
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards
- Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement
- May include up to 15% domestic/international travel
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start
- Three (3) years of combined supply chain and/or logistics experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
- U.S. person status assessment may be required to comply with U.S. Export Control laws
- Three (3) years of Manufacturing Plant Experience
- Two (2) years of combined experience with Production Planning and/or Lean Production Systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field from an accredited university
- APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Experience with Inventory Parameter Management
Demonstrates expertise in supply chain solutions, including production planning, inventory management, and material flow. Proven ability to lead strategic capacity planning and support S&OP processes while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and safety standards.
