- Oversee project execution from kickoff to closeout, ensuring alignment with company objectives related to cost control, safety, quality, client satisfaction, and schedule performance
- Review and fully understand project contracts, specifications, scope, budgets, and allowances prior to project start
- Monitor project progress weekly, including labor costs, material costs, and productivity
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and improved fabrication or installation methods
- Partner with project/site leaders and operations managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage job cost reporting, progress billings, and overall project profitability
- Coordinate schedules, including subcontractor timelines, and update overall project schedules monthly
- Resolve project conflicts, changes, and potential risks related to scope, schedule, safety, or productivity
- Review and approve invoices for materials, labor, vendors, subcontractors, and rentals
- Manage change orders with clients, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (Associate’s degree considered with relevant experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading projects
- Strong working knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to clients and leadership
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and perform under tight deadlines
- Base salary range: $90,000 – $130,000, based on experience, education, and responsibility
- Relocation assistance available
- Up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates
