The senior manager FP&A, special projects is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and forecast accuracy across the enterprise. This role will have high visibility to senior leadership and success requires a strong understanding of FP&A and business processes. The ideal candidate is resourceful, leveraging data‑driven insights and cross‑functional partnerships to drive continuous improvement and execute process transformation.
WhatWill You Do?
You will be responsible for leading a variety of critical initiatives focused on process improvement and standardization across the enterprise. The key objective is to drive continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, enable growth and margin optimization, and improve forecast accuracy.
Key Initiatives Include But Are Not Limited To- Sales allowance programs and estimates
- Integrated business planning volume alignment
- SG&A analysis, harmonization, and benchmarking
- Capital investment allocation, prioritization, analysis, and review processes
- New product development vitality index and ROI analysis
- Standardized reporting and analysis development
- Opportunities assessment and reporting and analysis to drive growth and margin optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in strategic projects, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with data and systems with an aptitude for taking complex information and presenting in a simple way
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Competitive salary (annual pay range $140,000 - $170,000) and bonus potential
