Salary Range: $39,000.00 To $40,000.00 Annually

- Annual base salary commensurate with experience
- Bi‑weekly sales commissions of 4% on home sales
- Monthly collections bonus tied to achieving collection goals
- Quarterly occupancy bonus for driving stable and growing occupancy
- Annual NOI bonus based on community financial performance

Your Background- Experience in property management, customer service, or leadership roles (manufactured housing a plus).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage relationships, and handle challenges with professionalism.
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn our property management software – Rent Manager Express.
- A mindset of continuous learning, adaptability, and resilience.
Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm on call for after hours emergencies
