As a Manager in Training, you will learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. You will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
In our hands‑on learning environment you will receive ongoing guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will be expected to get out into the community and establish essential relationships.
We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You will learn what it means to always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum one year of experience in one of the following areas:
- Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry.
- Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in past three years.
- No drug or alcohol‑related convictions (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
- At least 18 years old.
