Digineer is looking to add a Team Lead to the management team. The Team Lead is responsible for developing, leading, and growing a high‑performing consulting team that consistently delivers quality outcomes for clients while supporting Digineer’s strategic growth objectives.

This role is accountable for driving consultant growth, consulting excellence, and lead generation behaviors that contribute directly to closed revenue. The Team Lead partners closely with Engagement Managers, Account Executives, Practice Leaders and Industry Leaders to align consultant capabilities, client delivery, and business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants within a matrixed environment
  • Build consultant capabilities aligned to Digineer’s strategic priorities and client needs
  • Coach consultants to develop and maintain individualized learning plans including skill development, certifications, AI proficiency, and stretch assignments
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development support
  • Maintain a pipeline of at least three promotion‑ready consultants at all times
  • Foster a culture grounded in accountability, leadership, teamwork, collaboration, curiosity, communication, and trust
Client Value & Growth Contribution
  • Coach consultants to recognize client needs, surface opportunities to add value, and share relevant insights from their engagements.
  • Support consultants in building trusted client relationships through strong delivery, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of client goals.
  • Partner with Engagement Managers and Account Executives to align consultant observations with broader account strategies and client priorities.
  • Encourage consultants to identify ways Digineer can further support client outcomes, whether through expanded capabilities, additional expertise, or improved delivery support.
  • Reinforce accountability for contributing to long‑term client success, relationship strength, and continued partnership growth.
  • Support the collection of client feedback, success stories, and testimonials that reflect the value and impact of Digineer’s work.
Delivery Quality & Account Support
  • Ensure work meets Digineer standards for quality, professionalism, and client expectations
  • Partner with Engagement Managers and Account Executives to support successful execution of account strategies
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery, staffing, and performance risks
  • Reinforce accountability and consistency across client interactions
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development investments
  • Support completion of training and ongoing professional development initiatives
  • Document best practices, codify learning, and contribute to the development of Digineer offers and intellectual property
  • Encourage consultants to participate in mentoring, cross‑team collaboration, and offering development
  • Contribute to the growth of Digineer’s consulting methodologies and market differentiation
Operational Leadership
  • Coach and monitor and hold consultants accountable to utilization, client satisfaction, development, and revenue‑related goals
  • Support effective staffing and workload management across the team
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced consulting environment
  • Utilize lead tracking, utilization, and learning dashboards to monitor team performance and growth
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years team management / leadership experience
  • Experience in managing highly driven personnel and leading cross‑functional development
  • Passion for developing talent pool
  • Experience in management oversight of financials
  • Experience with managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to manage competing demands quickly and effectively
  • Executive level written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a style based on accountability, collaboration, communication, and trust
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Optimistic and visionary approach to change
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move within the office without assistance
