METROPOLITAN COUNCIL SEEKS A CHIEF AUDIT EXECUTIVE
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate for this role will have deep experience overseeing audits in a large organization; be a great communicator who builds trust with others and instills confidence in the work of the organization; and will be able to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to develop strategy and implement it. Optimally, the successful candidate will have some experience working in an internal audit function and knowledge of work in a public‑sector environment.
Experience with high‑risk topics, such as cybersecurity and capital construction, are also useful.
