Responsibilities

If you are a rare hybrid who thrives as both a builder and leader, this role offers the opportunity to turn curriculum vision into scalable, high‑impact output. You will play a critical role in shaping how AI education is built, standardized, and delivered at scale, directly influencing both product quality and student outcomes.

  • Personally building high-stakes AI systems, demos, and custom GPT or Claude-based solutions used in curriculum delivery
  • Owning and standardizing curriculum production systems, templates, and quality benchmarks across all programs
  • Leading and developing a team of Curriculum Producers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
  • Setting production priorities and reviewing outputs to ensure consistency, quality, and speed
  • Building and managing a centralized library of prompts, tools, frameworks, and curriculum IP
  • Extracting insights and reusable playbooks from calls, community interactions, and program content
  • Partnering closely with the Chief Innovation Officer to translate strategic curriculum vision into executed deliverables
  • Identifying gaps in learning journeys and improving curriculum structure and effectiveness
  • Driving production velocity across multiple programs while maintaining high standards
  • Implementing AI-first systems and workflows that allow the function to scale without linear headcount growth
Qualifications
  • Proven experience building AI systems, tools, or demos that are actively used in real-world applications
  • Experience leading or managing a team responsible for content, curriculum, or product output
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to create scalable processes and templates
  • Demonstrated ability to balance hands‑on execution with leadership responsibilities
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with high output expectations
  • Strong ability to extract insights, patterns, and frameworks from unstructured information
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, innovation, and leadership teams
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and performance orientation
Non‑Negotiables
  • Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments
  • Strong operator mindset with ability to manage high‑volume output without sacrificing quality
  • Experience working cross‑functionally across marketing, growth, and/or customer experience teams
  • Demonstrated ability to impact performance through content, systems, or production initiatives
  • High ownership with ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
Our Ideal Teammate Is Someone Who
  • Operates as both a builder and leader, seamlessly shifting between execution and coaching
  • Think[s] in systems, templates, and scalable solutions rather than one-off outputs
  • Uses AI as a core lever for speed, efficiency, and innovation
  • Has a high bar for quality and sets standards others follow
  • Thrives in high-intensity, launch-driven environments with clear accountability
  • Is driven by impact, ownership, and continuous improvement
