General Manager to join our team!

As a General Manager you will oversee all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.

What’s a day in the life of a bagel boss?

Our stores operate on a single‑shift model, starting at 4 am for the first bake and opening. Throughout the day you ensure the store is audit ready, execute catering, mobile, and in‑store orders, and provide an exceptional customer experience. During rushes you float in all positions as needed, monitor breaks, and drive positive customer survey results. Closing occurs at 2 pm, typically taking 30‑45 minutes to close and prep for the next day.

You may also handle schedule, order, or inventory tasks before openings and after closings. A 5‑week training program prepares you for all responsibilities.

Successful GMs have 1–3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting. They motivate and inspire the team, manage P&L analysis, achieve food cost goals, and meet labor targets. Recruiting quality team members and developing internal talent is a key function. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
