Community Mediation & Restorative Services (CMRS) in Minnesota seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization’s mission, ensure financial sustainability, and oversee program delivery. Reporting to the Board, the ED will guide staff and volunteers, nurture partnerships, and elevate CMRS as a statewide leader in mediation and restorative practices.
The ED will shape strategy, cultivate donor relations, manage the annual budget (~$1.4M), and advance equity and inclusion across all programs.
