Director of Radiology
The Director of Radiology will lead the imaging services of an independent community hospital in southeastern Minnesota, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑first care and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities- Steer end‑to‑end imaging across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient sites.
- Ensure reliable throughput, impeccable image quality, and exceptional service lines.
- Collaborate with the CMO, finance, nursing, and physician leaders on strategic planning, accreditation, growth initiatives, and capital investments.
- Oversee modality leads, PACS/RIS, imaging informatics, radiation safety, compliance, quality benchmarking, throughput optimization, budgeting, and staff development.
