Mine Engineering Manager

Industry leading organization is searching for a promo table Mine Engineering Manager in the Duluth, MN area. This role offers a competitive salary of $145,000 to $155,000 per year along with a bonus ranging from 15% to 30% based on company performance. Relocation assistance is available.

• Direct & coordinate the development of short‑ and long‑range mine plans, budgets and performance targets for the mining operations.
• Direct, coordinate and motivate departmental personnel to meet established plans, budgets and performance targets.
• Direct and coordinate the projects and programs to achieve desired safety, quality, production, and cost results.
• Determine equipment needs and participate in selection and purchase of new equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mine Engineering or equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in mine planning, engineering, operations and administration.
• Maintain ATF certification.
• Ability to motivate, delegate, and work collaboratively.

• Manager‑level experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
