• Leadand manage transportation teams across multiple locations to ensure seamless trucking operations.
• Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency,cost-effectiveness, and service quality

• Oversee and analyze key performance metrics
  , tracking progress and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Managebudget planning and cost control
  , ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to company goals.
• Superviseprofit and loss (P&L) management
  , providing insights and reportsto support strategic decision-making.
• Establish and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and third-partylogistics providers
  , ensuring the best contract terms.
• Mentor,train, and assess staff performance
  , fostering a results-driven and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company safety regulations
  ,promoting a safe and secure work environment.
• Address and resolve transportation issues
  , working proactively with internal teams and external partners to prevent disruptions.

• Bachelor’sdegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 10+years of experience in transportation management
  , with at least 5years in a leadership role
  .
• Strong expertise in fleet operations, route optimization, vendor negotiations,and cost reduction strategies
  .
• Abilityto analyze financial performance, develop cost-saving initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency
  .
• Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management within the logistics industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work ina fast-paced environment
