Production Specialist

Overview

ME Elecmetal is a globally competitive steel foundry located in Duluth, MN producing high quality castings for the mining industry. Our fast paced, production environment is seeking qualified candidates to fill a number of Production Specialist roles within our facility.

Salary: $33.38 per hour, plus overtime and shift premium. All positions are full-time and must be able to work shiftwork and overtime. Benefit packages include medical & dental insurance, life insurance, pension & 401k and tuition reimbursement.

Candidates must possess a stable employment history, pass a pre-employment physical, background check and a drug test. Must be able to transport themselves to and from work and maintain a stable attendance record. Physical demands vary by department, but are generally physical in nature, including standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, handling of objects or tools, withstanding extreme temperature changes, bending, lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds.

• Production-related duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (exact responsibilities may vary by department).

• Minimum education requirement: H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing, manual labor or foundry experience preferred
