Job Location:
On‑site at the Duluth, MN facility, near Airpark Blvd and Haines Road.
- Build electronic components by winding, soldering (components and printed circuit boards), crimping, masking, encapsulating, conformal coating, and epoxy – mechanical and electrical assembly of products.
- Test parts, subassemblies and finished goods, record results.
- Document test results, procedures and materials as needed.
- Use mechanical measuring equipment.
- Partner with engineers and other manufacturing team members to improve efficiency and quality of our products.
- Execute tasks as directed.
- Report any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
- Obey all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work tasks assigned.
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail
- Good eyesight
- Ability to use a microscope
- Ability to set up and operate equipment (winders, mold press, ovens, test equipment)
- Soldering skills (preferred)

Work hours:
Monday‑Friday, 7 AM‑3:30 PM
Pay: $19/hr starting pay (additional compensation may be added based on experience)
