We are partnering with two premier electronics manufacturing companies in the Duluth area to fill immediate assembly roles. Our clients create essential components that power everything from everyday consumer electronics to advanced automotive and aerospace technology.
Choose Your Opportunity:- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour starting pay (Additional compensation may be added based on experience)
- Focus:
Precision assembly, component testing, operating specialized equipment (mold presses, winders), and detailed microscope work. - Option B:
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!) - Pay Rate: $17.77/hour
- Focus:
Electrical component assembly using hand tools, crimping, tinning, and following production schedules.
- Assembling high-quality electrical and mechanical products using hand tools and specialized production machinery.
- Performing precise assembly techniques such as crimping, winding, masking, tinning, and applying protective epoxies.
- Inspecting materials, testing sub-assemblies, and documenting results using mechanical measuring tools to ensure top-tier quality.
- Following step-by-step process instructions and strict safety/EHS guidelines.
- Partnering with team members, engineers, and supervisors to keep production running safely and efficiently.
- Reliability: A minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with a single employer.
- Core
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, good communication, basic math skills, and basic computer proficiency. - Physical Abilities:
Ability to stand for long periods, good hand dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (and up to 50 lbs occasionally). - Screening:
Candidates must have good close-up/color vision (comfortable using a microscope) and be able to pass a basic math and dexterity test. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. - Requirement:
An updated resume is required to be considered for these positions.
- Prior experience with soldering electronic components or printed circuit boards.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment.
