As a Baler Operator at EMR, you’ll support our NEW warehouse facility in Becker, MN and help grow our operations. You’ll operate baler equipment to process and identify metals, while maintaining a strong focus on safe, efficient production and proper equipment upkeep.

• Operate baler equipment to process scrap metal
• Inspect, maintain, and clean equipment daily
• Complete equipment inspection and maintenance reports
• Identify and process different grades of scrap metal

• Previous experience operating balers or other heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends
• $24+ per hour, full-time, year-round
