• 2nd Shift: Employees work three 12‑hour shifts (36 hours) and are compensated for a full 40‑hour workweek
• 15% shift differential for 2nd shift

• Load and Unload Parts: Handle various‑sized parts with care and precision.
• Masking and Plugging: Prepare parts by masking areas that need protection.
• Powder Coating: Apply powder coatings to parts, ensuring coverage and quality.
• Inspect and Package: Check finished parts for defects and prepare them for safe shipment.
• Labeling and Identification: Properly tag and identify parts to maintain organization.

• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  1+ years exp in powder coat painting is essential.
• Reliability: Strong time management skills and punctuality are a must.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive outlook.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting up to 60 pounds regularly.
