Shift:

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
2nd Shift: Employees work three 12‑hour shifts (36 hours) and are compensated for a full 40‑hour workweek
15% shift differential for 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) to perform machining operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and milling.
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T specifications.
Adjust offsets, tooling, and machine settings to maintain part quality and tolerances.
Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments to ensure continuous production.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred).
Candidates with any level of CNC machining experience (including HMC) are encouraged to apply. Entry‑level applicants with basic machine knowledge will be considered.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
