Pay: Up to $30 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Mon - Thurs 5:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Pay: Up to $30/hr (depending on experience)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Wabasha, MN

We are seeking a skilled experienced Welder to join our team on 1st shift. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components to create various products with brazing and/or a variety of arc and gas welding. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Perform various welding techniques and equipment
• Operate power tools such as grinders, saws, and drills
• Utilize FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)
• Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements
• Rig and move materials
• Fill out proper routing information, tags, counts, and other forms as applicable.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role
• Proficient in a variety of welding techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
• Knowledge of FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements
• Ability to rig and move materials
