Manufacturing Team Member - 3rd Shift

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate or degree preferred for CNC Operator.
• Positive attitude and strong focus to operate CNC router effectively.
• Good communication with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed instructions and address issues.

• Learn from CNC programmer how to use the CNC machine.
• Learn and understand the diverse product line.
• Read work orders and run pre‑determined files with correct tooling and jigs to maximize productivity.
• Set up and operate a 3‑axis high‑speed CNC router.
• Perform inspection of machined products, including documentation of results.
• Work with programmers to diagnose and eliminate defective parts and machine downtime.
• Stop machines to remove finished work pieces or change tooling, set up, or workpiece placement according to the required sequence.
• Position and secure workpiece on machine bed, indexing table, fixture, or dispensing/holding device.
• Drive and operate a forklift to stage needed material.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow safety procedures.
• Promote workplace organization following established 5S criteria.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
