Pay Rate/Range: $25-$26/hour

Pay Frequency: Biweekly

The hourly compensation for this role will be based on qualifications, experience, market data, and internal equity. Actual pay may vary due to factors such as location, skills, education, and performance. Pay is determined transparently, using market benchmarks and ensuring internal equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beginning of each day review with FSQ Team Lead/Manager daily tasks that need to be addressed.
  • Move chemical barrels/totes from receiving to cages.
  • Move Sani‑King to maintenance and make sure they have the newest chlorites.
  • Document chemical loads on inventory for the cages.
  • Transfer bulk chemicals to totes, when we do not have bulk storage space.
  • Transfer totes to bulk chemicals when we are low.
  • Transfer bulk chemical 10‑gallon residual into containers for use.
  • Triple rinse all chemical totes and barrels.
  • Tag all rinsed totes and barrels with triple rinse sticker for shipment.
  • Bring up totes and barrels upstairs to store out of the way.
  • Bring down totes and barrels to ship.
  • Inventory the totes and barrels for numbers and chemicals that were in them for shipping.
  • Take counts on titration chemicals and order to prevent running out.
  • Will change out the sanitation mats as needed.
  • Cleans and maintains bulk chemical berms.
  • Swap out the chemical barrels for the ALX system.
  • Be able to assist and back‑up receiving personnel in back‑up role for bulk chemical unloading.
Requirements
  • Up to 3 years of food manufacturing or industrialized sanitation experience required.
  • Ability to work safely with sanitation chemicals.
  • Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow proper safety protocols, including PPE and a demonstrated ability to work independently in a People Safe and Food Safe manner in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally more with assistance.
  • Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for handling tools and machinery.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid).
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, hearing protection, and steel‑toed boots.
  • Visual and auditory ability to detect safety hazards and machine malfunctions.
  • Ability to push, pull, squat, kneel, or twist as needed during shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions consistently and safely.
  • May be required to sit or operate forklifts or machinery for extended periods.
