• Stages and blends ingredients, packages products, and COPs all blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periods. Follows established procedures to achieve QC approved products.
• Performs daily set up, cleaning and operation of powders packaging, cultures packaging, and liquid packaging equipment.
• Performs daily HACCP checks for packaging equipment, (screen checks, metal detector, and tool checklist) and understands the importance of this checklist.
• Issues and receives materials in SAP.
• Washes and cleans equipment per the sanitation manual. Follows GMP program and rules.
• Operates forklift per training procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Manufacturing/maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have the ability to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnel.
• Capable of working through complex problems alone or with others to provide logical solutions.

Hourly Rate $21/hr + $2,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of service. Shift/

Working Hours:

rotating 12-hour shift - 4:45 am to 5:15 pm.
