The Production Planning & Control Coordinator will create and maintain a production scheduling system across manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and management. The role acts as liaison between Engineering, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Shipping/Receiving departments.

• Coordinates and expedites the flow of work and materials according to the established production schedule.
• Ensures that the production schedule is clear and available to all impacted stakeholders and departments, making scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Coordinates and follows up with all affiliated departments to maintain the production schedule, reporting on progress, inventory levels, and challenges to stakeholders and management.
• Performs analysis of resources to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
• Maintains quality standards, tracks product inventory, and implements corrective action as needed.
• Continuously improves processes to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manages and tracks PPC KPI's, updated monthly, providing explanation and corrective action when required.
• Holds accountable all affiliated individuals and departments to maintain the production schedule.

• High School or GED.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Solid understanding of a production environment and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing manufacturing and distribution effectiveness.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved.

• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
