$32,000 - $36,000 per year. $1,000 New Hire Incentive. Benefits start Day 1.

Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and stitchers to ensure efficient production and quality standards.

• Set up and operate bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers) per job specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report quality concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Load and unload materials onto and from equipment.
• Store materials properly according to company guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records.
• Read job tickets to ensure equipment is set up correctly.
• Finish products according to job ticket instructions.
• Interpret bindery paperwork, planning sheets, layouts, dylux, and job tickets.
• Complete tasks according to production schedules.
• Follow established process and quality guidelines.
• Examine and adjust finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Report defective materials or questionable quality issues to the department supervisor or lead.

Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm

• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use handheld tools (rubber straps, plastic bags, packaging materials, cardboard boxes, tape dispensers).
• Ability to maintain consistent quality while meeting production pace.
• Ability to perform basic equipment setup and adjustments.
• Ability to recognize production or quality issues and notify a lead or supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas.
• Regularly remain in a stationary position.
• Frequently move throughout the production facility.
• Constantly operate machinery and handle printed materials.
• Regularly move materials, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying items up to 25 pounds or more.

• High mechanical aptitude.
• Previous experience operating folding equipment.
