Marvin is seeking a Second Shift Production Associate to support the manufacturing of premium windows, doors, and skylights at our Warroad, MN facility. In this hands-on role, you'll operate production and assembly equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and help ensure each product meets Marvin's high standards for quality and performance. Responsibilities include assembling components, inspecting parts, safely handling materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production and assembly equipment to manufacture windows, doors, and related components on second shift.
  • Follow standard work instructions, drawings, and specifications to meet quality and performance standards.
  • Inspect parts and finished products, identifying and reporting defects or nonconformances.
  • Handle, stage, and move materials and components safely using manual and powered equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Meet or exceed daily production, efficiency, and quality targets while minimizing waste and rework.
  • Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Perform basic equipment checks and inform maintenance or supervision of issues or downtime.
  • Accurately record production, scrap, and quality data in paper or electronic systems.
  • Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement activities to build skills and support career growth.
