CNC Machine Cell Lead – Multi-Axis Milling & Fixture Setups

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in Duluth, MN as a Multi-Axis Milling Lead. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in running multi-axis milling machines and overseeing a team of machine operators. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and set up multi-axis milling machines to produce precision parts
• Train and mentor machine operators to ensure quality and efficiency
• Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality control
• Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance team to meet project deadlines

• 5+ years of experience in multi-axis milling operations
• Strong understanding of machining techniques and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with CNC programming is a plus
