We're looking for a Manufacturing Team Member – CNC Operator to join our third shift team. Whether you've operated CNC equipment before or you're looking to start a career in manufacturing, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. Whether you’re learning to operate CNC equipment, improving your skills, or finding new ways to work more efficiently, you’ll be supported by a team that values collaboration, craftsmanship, and doing great work together.

• Learn to safely set up and operate a 3-axis high-speed CNC router
• Read work orders and machine programmed parts using the correct tooling and fixtures
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Work with CNC programmers to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency
• Load materials, change tooling, and perform machine setups as needed
• Operate a forklift to stage materials (training provided if needed)
• Learn our product line and manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following established 5S practices
• Support continuous improvement efforts and help build high-quality products our customers can enjoy for years

• High school diploma or GED required
• CNC certificate or technical training preferred, but not required

• No previous CNC or machine operating experience required—we'll train the right person
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow work orders and detailed instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to apply common sense and solve routine production challenges
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery, which may at times be noisy or warm
• Forklift operation may be required (training provided)
• This position is based in Duluth, Minnesota and requires onsite work
