We are looking for a skilled Digital Media Buyer who has great experience with social media to join our team during an exciting phase as we advance our mission of bringing our clients closer to their customers so they can spot new opportunities and achieve results that luck can’t explain.

The Digital Media Buyer will be hands-on-keyboard in social platforms responsible for executing and optimizing social media ad campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and achieve our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in social media advertising, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Social Media Ad Management: Execute, buy, and manage social media ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Pinterest and Tik Tok.
  • Media Strategy and Planning: Assist with media strategy and planning for clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Campaign Optimization: Implement strategies to continuously optimize ad placements, targeting, and creative elements to improve performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and CPLPV.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and reconcile ad spend across social media platforms, ensuring campaigns stay within budget, pacing, and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Financial Management: Supports invoicing of vendors, manages billing recaps, creates internal media orders, and oversees reconciliation.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from social media platforms and other sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align campaign goals, understand target audiences, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports on social media campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with teams to ensure social media assets are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to leverage new opportunities and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Tool Utilization: Explore and implement new tools and methodologies for optimizing social media advertising and improving campaign performance.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media advertising and ad placement optimization, preferably within a media agency.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting social media metrics and data to drive actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in social media advertising platforms and analytics tools, including Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, and others.
  • Data Tools: Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, and experience with social media tracking and tagging (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Metrics Understanding: Deep understanding of social media advertising metrics and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPLPV.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple social media campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Learning: Enthusiastic about staying current with social media trends and learning new techniques in digital marketing.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
