About the Role: Horwitz is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can seamlessly manage the planning, coordination, and creation of our business development materials. This includes prequalification packages, proposals, and presentation/interview materials. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you'll need to be detail-oriented, excel at multitasking, and meet tight deadlines while ensuring all content aligns with our branding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal & Marketing Materials: Work closely with internal teams, such as Business Development and Project Managers, to strategize, plan, and develop content for proposals and interviews. Oversee the quality and consistency of proposal content.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of marketing plans that align with Horwitz's business goals. Contribute to content creation for our website, proposals, and social media.
  • Business Development Support: Assist pursuit teams in crafting proposals and marketing materials that enhance our competitiveness in securing new projects.
  • Communications & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify media opportunities and assist in creating thought leadership content.
  • Administration & Special Projects: Maintain project databases and digital assets, coordinate sponsorship activities and event logistics, and participate in company meetings and training.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Experience in branding, marketing content creation, and proposal development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
