About the Role
Arctic Wolf seeks a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about explaining business value and has a can‑do attitude with infectious energy. This candidate takes pride in storytelling and thinks deeply about messaging, positioning, B2B cybersecurity trends, and market research. The role leads market growth by speaking to customers, creating personas, and launching products and promotions. Cross‑functional collaboration is a key part of the work.
Responsibilities- Communicate Messaging: translate technical concepts into meaningful business value for a cybersecurity audience.
- Develop Value‑Based Stories: craft solution positioning and messaging that differentiate Arctic Wolf from competitors.
- Conduct Market Research & Intelligence: uncover buyer personas, buying criteria, and translate insights into content to enable cross‑company teams.
- Lead Go‑to‑Market Product Launches: manage launch plans, timelines, communications, training, sales enablement, and deliverables across Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
- Create Sales and Marketing Content: develop collateral such as datasheets, solution briefs, blogs, and presentations; provide sales enablement tools and talk tracks.
- Project Management: leverage industry experience to develop actionable vision and execute growth strategies for Managed Detection and Response (MDR).
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience taking products from conception to market launch in the cybersecurity industry.
- Ability to manage parallel deliverables and prioritize tasks flexibly.
- Superior project management and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated success marketing to and through a partner channel.
- 3+ years of B2B cybersecurity product marketing experience.
- Ability to travel; passport required.
- 1–2 years of experience in Security Operations solutions as a product marketer.
- Direct experience with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, English, social sciences, business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Competitive salary range: $63,000 – $205,000 USD annually.
