Houston's Inc. is hiring a Content Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team.

Compensation
  • $27-$28 per hour

Position Purpose

The Content Marketing Associate is primarily responsible for supporting the design, production, and distribution of sales and marketing content across digital, social, and print channels. The role assists in creating engaging brand assets, designing sales enablement tools, and managing social media content calendars to increase awareness, bring marketing campaigns to life, and support sales and lead generation goals.

Functions or Duties
  • Design and create visual content across digital and print mediums: email, social media, digital campaigns, guides, signage, brochures, postcards, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Design customer‑branded materials (upon request) including catalogs and flyers.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms.
  • Assist with maintaining the content calendar and campaign timelines.
  • Design branded marketing materials including graphics, presentations, flyers, and promotional assets.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns through content creation.
  • Coordinate content requests across internal teams.
  • Monitor social media engagement and provide basic performance reporting.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and channels.
  • Assist with photo sourcing, content organization, and asset management.

Minimum Qualifications Knowledge and Skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite)
  • Strong presentation, written communication (spelling, grammar, language), and self‑editing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast‑paced, agile environment to meet deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with co‑workers, customers, and vendors with a positive and “can‑do” attitude
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, design/content creation, and/or social media
  • Design portfolio is preferred
  • Knowledge of food service related items and brands is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred

  • Perform complex tasks with very close attention to accuracy and quality.
  • Must be able to pass a non‑THC drug test and background check.
