Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Sponsorships

Responsibilities

• Manage demand generation and sponsorship efforts with publishers outside of traditional paid media and search channels, including newsletters, publis, podcasts, OOH, CTV, and more.
• Conduct continuous research to identify new advertising placements, publishers, and categories, test opportunities and iterate.
• Manage campaign budgets, analyze past programs, and produce reports on key performance indicators.
• Track purchase reporting and proactively communicate with regional teams and other cross‑functional leaders to maintain program visibility.
• Establish reproducible processes, models, and best practices for campaign management, growth and reporting.
• Act as an operations expert on sponsorship opportunities and best practices.
• Partner with local marketing leads and communications teams to identify key trends and relevant local sites for partnerships, complementing global partners.
• Inform paid advertising and growth teams with latest trends and performance reports to propose new growth ideas.

• More than 5 years of experience managing sponsor ships with publishers (B2B/SaaS experience preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of purchase models (Reach, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc.) and performance goals (ROAS, etc.) and related publisher operations.
• Demonstrated agility, flexibility and autonomy in project management from design to delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• Creative and analytical mindset capable of testing, implementing and measuring results while regularly proposing new ideas.
• Data‑driven approach; comfortable building dashboards and using recent analytics tools to track performance.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to automate and accelerate manual tasks and analysis.
• Strong networking and collaboration skills with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication flows.
• Motivation and resilience in a fast‑paced environment with ability to adapt to organizational changes.
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.

• Extensive experience in inter‑functional SaaS B2B marketing; startup growth experience in HRTech or Fin Tech is a plus.
• Experience working in highly rapid‑growth startups.
• Successful remote and distributed team experience.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.

• Salary range reflects gross base salary; for commercial roles with commission eligibility it includes on‑target earnings (OTE).
• Ranges are quoted in USD; offers will be localized to the country’s currency by market‑aligned conversion.
• Final pay based on objective, job‑related criteria including experience, skills and location.
