What

You'll Be Doing

You’ll oversee and manage a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including:

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Monitor conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance
  • Build and improve landing pages
  • Analyze website traffic and marketing analytics
  • Improve SEO across multiple websites

Website Management

  • Maintain and update Word Press websites
  • Create new landing pages
  • Update clinic information, provider bios, and marketing content
  • Monitor website performance, forms, and user experience

Creative Marketing

  • Design flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials in Canva
  • Create recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns
  • Develop educational marketing content
  • Create AI-generated videos using modern marketing tools

Recruitment Marketing

  • Build direct mail campaigns for dentist recruitment
  • Manage incoming dentist leads
  • Coordinate follow up campaigns through email, phone, and text
  • Maintain CRM pipelines and marketing automations

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track campaign performance
  • Review Call Rail recordings and marketing data
  • Analyze Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and visitor behavior
  • Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI

Brand Growth

  • Support new clinic openings
  • Assist franchise marketing initiatives
  • Create marketing assets for multiple departments
  • Help develop new marketing strategies as the company continues to grow

Preferred Experience

Five or more years of relevant marketing experience is preferred.

Experience with some (or all) of the following is a plus:

  • Google Ads
  • Word Press
  • SEO
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Canva
  • Mailchimp
  • Call Rail
  • Microsoft Clarity
  • CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred)
  • AI marketing tools such as Hey Gen or Arcads
Compensation and

Schedule:

Compensation Range: $30-$35 per hour (Hourly)

Schedule:

Full time Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
