The Program and Advocacy Director is a member of the leadership team and will lead YWCA Duluth’s programs and advocacy actions. YWCA Duluth programs and advocacy efforts are focused on achieving progress for five policy pillars:
Democratic, Economic, Immigration, Gender and Racial Justice. YWCA Duluth is about to complete a 2025 community assessment which will outline gaps in services for women and provide a roadmap for program development and partnerships.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the five policy pillars, has experience in supervision and program management, and is a skilled communicator, partnership builder, and project manager.
