Job Purpose

  • Assist the Pastor and the Office Manager in administrative aspects of the parish.
  • Manage the parish's means of communication.
  • Work with the Pastor to increase engagement in the parish and with the local community.
  • Ensure confidentiality in all matters.
    • Duties & Responsiblities

  • * Commincations
    • Assist with general office tasks
    • Manage parish website
    • Prepare the weekly Bulletin
    • Maintain Bulletin Boards
    • Create flyers for upcoming events

  • * Outreach
    • Work with the Pastor to:
    • Engage more parishioners in the parish’s life
    • Reach out to fallen away Catholics
    • Engage non-Catholics with our parishes
  • Engage local organizations to better facilitate engagement from others.
