The Yes Network is on a mission to help kids be kids with classroom and community programs that promote health and wellness and the development of lifelong skills. We are a leader in Central Minnesota in providing quality programming that meets the needs of the communities we serve. Our classroom program, called Huddl Up, is now offered in over 100 classrooms throughout the region, improving student mental health through play-based activities, peer mentoring, and self-awareness exercises.

As the Sustainability Officer, you will have the opportunity to help scale the impact of the Huddl Up program, bringing the program to more school districts and students throughout Central Minnesota. If you are passionate about promoting mental health and want to have a real impact in young people’s lives, this position is for you! You'll gain experience with program planning and design, as well as program evaluation and measurement.

Additionally, you will gain hands‑on experience with fundraising activities, from grant writing to donor communications. If you see yourself working in the nonprofit sector, the skills you will gain in this position are in high demand!

• Communications and Storytelling:
  Oversee development of donor‑facing communications, including newsletters, appeals, impact stories and campaigns; ensure consistent messaging that reflects the organization’s mission, values and impact; collaborate with communications staff to maintain a strong digital presence that supports fundraising.
• Program Sustainability:
  Identify opportunities to scale or replicate programs using sustainable models and funding streams; build systems, workflows, and toolkits that support consistent program delivery and organizational learning.
