- Build and maintain a portfolio of approximately 250-300 mid‑level donors ($250–$500) and prospects with a majority of donors living in Minnesota with the goal to grow them to $1,000+ donors.
- Connect with community members via phone, in person and virtual visits, personalized mass mailings, writing cards, and email communication.
- Work with staff to host small donor engagement events.
- Engage congregation members, corporations, and volunteers to become donors.
- Build authentic relationships with donors and center our work around the community we serve.
- Work with a team committed to a fun and positive work culture.
- Receive on‑the‑job training; no experience necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Strong planning and strategic thinking skills.
- Interest in building relationships in the community.
- Ability to assess situations quickly and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proven familiarity with local and surrounding community resources.
- Driver’s license required.
