LPN, Healthcare Nursing, LPN​/LVN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CHI St. Francis Health, you will provide nursing care to skilled nursing residents under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse. Your daily tasks will include evaluating patient needs, delivering physical or psychosocial care, and maintaining accurate documentation. To succeed, you should have genuine compassion, patience, and good communication skills.

You will perform duties such as:

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Completing all required documentation promptly.
• Supervising and coordinating resident care and activities on your assigned unit.

• Licensed Practical Nurse degree
• Active Minnesota license in good standing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage others and handle conflicts positively
