Registered Nurse – Inpatient Dialysis

St. Louis Park, MN (6500 Excelsior Blvd Ste 401, St. Louis Park, MN )

Full‑time, Day Shift. Schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide dialysis and nephrology care to patients in inpatient hospital settings including ICU, CCU, ED, and other units.
• Work in hospitals located in St. Louis Park, Minneapolis, and Burnsville.
• Train and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; float to other facilities during and after training.
• Oversee patient groups with the support of PCTs—conduct patient observations, measure vitals, and set up dialysis machines.
• Treat patients with multiple co‑morbidities and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver various dialysis modalities such as Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
• Participate in clinical goal‑setting and quality‑improvement initiatives as part of DaVita’s commitment to CMS standards.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) acceptable; a three‑year diploma from an accredited program may substitute for a degree.
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical‑Surgical units is helpful.
• Certification as a Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is desirable but not required.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment color‑blindness test (accommodation available).

$40.00 – $56.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
