RN​/LPN Clinical Liaison

Job Title: RN / LPN Regional Clinical Liaison

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a clinically oriented RN or LPN to partner with our physician development team across multiple regions in the United States. The Regional Clinical Liaison will work closely with physicians to establish and grow clinical accounts, coordinate patient care, and support practice development.

• Acquire new clinical accounts.
• Consistently meet and exceed new sales targets.
• Grow existing clinical accounts by ensuring full patient visits.
• Coordinate the logistical plan for physician services at skilled nursing facilities.
• Assist with hiring advanced-level providers.
• Represent and promote the brand message.
• Achieve revenue growth per the expansion plan.
• Perform hands‑on clinical duties at skilled nursing facilities.
• Maintain performance indicators to develop profitable territories quickly.

• Salary range $75,000 to $80,000 plus quarterly bonus.

• LPN or RN license (required).
• Experience in long‑term care and wound care (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
• Driver’s license (REAL ) or other acceptable documentation for travel (required).
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration preferred.
