Support a Student's Health Needs: RN or LPN (Golden Valley, MN Area) - Soliant Education

Are you a passionate nurse dedicated to ensuring the well‑being of students in an elementary school setting?

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Golden Valley, MN area. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the rewarding opportunity to provide one‑on‑one care for an elementary school student with specific health needs.

• RN:
  • Conduct prehensive health assessments for the assigned student.
  • Develop and implement a personalized care plan in collaboration with the student's physician and family.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor the student's health status and provide emergency care as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure the student's needs are met throughout the school day.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records for the student.
• LPN (if qualified):
  • Assist the RN with providing care for the student, following established protocols and under the RN's supervision.
  • Monitor the student's health status and report any concerns to the RN.
  • Assist with medication administration and other treatment procedures as delegated by the RN.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support the student's well‑being.

• RN:
  • Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent assessment, munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• LPN:
  • Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pediatric care principles and practices.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the supervision of an RN.
