• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
• Must be able to pass MN Background Check

• Provide hands‑on personal care
• Assist with nurse‑delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
• Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities + more!

• CNA training program = 75 hours
• Hybrid program: training is online and in‑person
• Training wage | $15.25/hour
